Hotel Costantini - Florence

Friendly staff, great location, good simple breakfasts, very comfortable room. It met all our wants and needs.

Just couldn.t get our wifi to work but were then able to use the hotel.s computer.

The room was cheap and comfortable enough. No frills but everything worked. Staff were reasonably friendly.

Air conditioning only ran at night.

The location is unbeatable, providing immediate access to major attractions. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with traditional furnishings that added to the charm. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely touch, with good sweet products. Be aware that the amenities are basic, typical for a 2-star hotel, and some rooms may be noisy due to the lively surroundings.

Location next to the Doumo was great

1. Location next to the Doumo meant hearing church bells at all hours 2. Bed was uncomfortable 3. Bathroom was tragic, no shower recess OR bath tub 4. Water was cold

The location was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The toilet in our room kept running and making noises, but if we shut the bathroom door we couldn't hear it.

Great coffee available in the tea room and a nice stay enhanced by friendly staff. Enjoyed being steps away from the Duomo and having a clean room with decent air conditioning.

The hotel has an excellent location next to the Duomo. Moreover, my room was spacious, clean and quiet and had a large bathroom. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and welcoming.

The location was great - very easy and convenient to central locations and train.

The beds absolutely are terrible.... Checked out early to sleep in a decent bed...

The owner/manager and his wife at first seemed less than welcoming, but in time (especially when they found our we were Australian) became much more pleasant and friendly. I loved the bathroom attached to our room. It was very large, by Italian standards, and actually had a window one could open. The room itself was quite small, but bed linen was clean and sweet smelling (as were the towels).

Because of its position, very close to the Duomo, this is a noisy street. The hotel certainly isn't flash (although the accommodation is good value for money, for Florence).

besides, the location was marvellous and incredible for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of an iconic octagonal basilica.

Got very well furnished and big size double room with nice bathroom when arrived, loved that. The staff were all pleasant and the breakfast was enjoyable with meat and cheese, for instance. The location was great and fantastic, just a short stroll away from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.
